"You" refers to any visitor, customer, dealer or enquirer who interacts with us.

We act as the data controller for personal information collected through this website and our official communication channels.

• Contact details — name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address and city/state when you submit an enquiry, callback request, dealer application or warranty claim.
• Order details — billing and shipping address, GST number (for business buyers), product selection and order notes.
• Account details — if you create an account, your username, password (stored encrypted) and order history.
• Technical requirement details — appliance list, load size, electricity bill amount, existing battery bank or panel details that you voluntarily share so we can recommend the right inverter.
• Support content — messages, photos, invoices or serial numbers you send us over WhatsApp, email or the contact form.

• Device & usage data — IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed and time spent.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To answer enquiries, provide inverter sizing recommendations and share quotations.

We receive only the transaction status, a payment reference and the billing details required to raise your invoice.

Shipping partners receive only the name, address and phone number needed to deliver your inverter.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We share it only with:

• Logistics and courier partners — to deliver products and manage returns.

• Authorised dealers or service engineers — only where a site visit, installation or warranty repair in your area is required.

7. Data Retention

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to serve you and for a reasonable follow-up period. Order, invoice and warranty records are kept for the duration of the warranty plus the period required under Indian tax and accounting law. Marketing contacts are retained until you unsubscribe. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

10. WhatsApp, Calls & Messaging

When you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone, we retain the conversation and the number you contacted us from so we can continue supporting you, verify warranty claims and maintain a service history. WhatsApp messages are also governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy. Calls may be noted in our CRM; we do not record calls without informing you.

11. Children's Privacy

Our products and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Third-Party Links
