1. Agreement to Terms

The terms "you" and "your" refer to you, the person logging on to this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions.

2. Products & Specifications

We specialize in the supply of hybrid solar inverters and related solar equipment.

• Accuracy: We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, technical specifications, and images on our website are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are entirely error-free.
• Sizing Recommendations: Any load calculations or inverter sizing recommendations provided by our support team are estimates based on the data you provide. Final verification of technical suitability is the responsibility of the buyer or their appointed installation engineer.
• Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Pricing: All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR). Unless otherwise stated, prices are inclusive of applicable GST but may exclude shipping charges, which are calculated at checkout.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. However, orders already placed and confirmed will be billed at the price applicable at the time of the order.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via secure third-party gateways (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking). Goods will only be dispatched once full payment has been received and cleared in our accounts.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver solar equipment across India using trusted logistics partners.

• Dispatch Times: Standard orders are typically dispatched within 2-4 business days. Transit times vary by location.
• Delays: While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframes, we are not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Inspection on Delivery: It is your responsibility to inspect the package for visible physical damage before accepting the delivery. If the packaging is severely damaged, you must note this on the courier's receipt or refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.

5. Cancellations & Returns

Due to the heavy and technical nature of solar inverters, our return policy is strictly governed by the following conditions:

• Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order for a full refund only if the product has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Once dispatched, cancellation requests will be treated as standard returns and may incur return shipping charges.
• Returns for Defect: Returns are only accepted if the product delivered is dead on arrival (DOA), significantly different from the description, or physically damaged (if reported within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video evidence).
• Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for a "change of mind" or if you ordered the wrong capacity inverter without consulting us first.

6. Warranty Policy

All Odinson Energy inverters carry a manufacturer's warranty as specified on the product page and warranty card.

• Coverage: The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by improper installation, power surges, lightning strikes, water ingress, or unauthorized repairs.
• Claims: To initiate a warranty claim, you must provide the original tax invoice, product serial number, and a description/video of the issue via our official WhatsApp or email channels.
• Service: Depending on the location and issue, warranty service may be provided via a local service engineer visit, dispatch of replacement parts, or by returning the unit to our service center.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Solar Trust Power Solutions (Odinson Energy) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of power generation, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our website or products.

Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Solar Trust Power Solutions and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on odinsonsolar.in. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from odinsonsolar.in for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not republish, sell, rent, or sub-license material from odinsonsolar.in without written consent.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions or the supply of goods will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
